Hi! I’m Caitlin.

I’m a mom of three. Runner. Fitness Junkie. Lover of food and laughing so hard my abs hurt.

I’m also an NASM-certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, as well as a RRCA-certified Run Coach level I. I hold a Stand Up Paddleboard Instructor Level I certification, as well as a SUP Yoga certification. I’m also a certified behavior change specialist, women’s health specialist, corrective core specialist, and if you can’t tell, I LOVE movement and I love moving with others!

My specialization is women’s health and my passion is helping women find their strength in food and fitness. Whether you want to be stronger to hold your babies longer, faster so you can win a few games of tag, or more nutritionally-balanced, I’m here to help.
