One Bad Mother Runner

Happy holidays, friends!

I am getting so excited over here and wanted to share about my run training program coming up. Here’s what is in store:

  • Group Accountability through a Facebook group

  • Password-secured access to Audio Runs, Strength workouts, and Mobility work

  • Customized 8-week running plan to meet YOUR goals- this is not a one-size-fits-all but I take into account your activity level and other factors (working mama with limited time, SAHM who has to stroller run, newly postpartum, currently pregnant) to create a plan that is purely for YOU.

  • Weekly Audio workout runs specific to speed work, hill work, or interval training

  • A weekly recorded cross-training workout to build muscle and balance to create more efficient running

  • Weekly meet-ups (workouts or long runs, varies according to the week)

  • Partnering with local companies: West Stride, Studio Recovery, Atlanta PT, FullScope Sports

  • A mother runner TANK! I may be most excited about this because as runners, you know we will do almost anything for a free shirt!

We will start with a meetup at West Stride on January 11 at 6 pm for shoe fittings, gait checks, and I’ll hand out your plans! The actual training program starts January 17. Here’s a sneak peek of our schedule:
